Prior to formation of the firm, each of our founding partners completed a term of judicial clerkship before entering private practice. In addition, each has previously managed a caseload of insurance-related matters for independent defense firms. Our attorneys have handled claims defense, coverage issues, and subrogation of claims at pre-litigation, trial, and appellate stages. Moreover, each partner possesses a strong background in the area of environmental law, including liability-related litigation.
